Pat is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Langdon Partners. A 33 year Corporate Real Estate veteran, Pat specializes in National Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Client Representation with in-depth knowledge of Multi-Market, National and International transactions in both Office Leasing and Investment Sales. He also provides market information, strategic direction and negotiation expertise on assignments of various sizes, locations and disciplines to his Clients.  Additionally, he liaises with Trusted Partners worldwide.

Prior to founding Langdon Partners, Pat had been with Newmark Canada for the last 11 years, the first 6 years as Sr. Vice President of National Business Development of its Canadian affiliate and then directly as Executive Managing Director, Newmark Canada,  tasked with opening its Canadian offices, recruiting Brokers and developing new business for its offices.  Prior to this, he had been with JJ Barnicke Ltd., for 16 years with his last role being that of Vice President and National Director of Business Development while serving on the Firm’s management committee (2008-2011).

Pat has completed transactions in all major cities in Canada and throughout the United States. His clients have included Manulife Financial, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), CIBC Mellon, Commonwealth Insurance, Education First, Facebook, the Government of Ontario, London Property Corporation, the McGraw-Hill Group of Companies, SunLife, Regus Business Centres and Streamland Media.

Pat is a licensed Broker of Record in Ontario and Managing Broker in British Columbia and will act as both for the Firm. He is a 26 year member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and Ontario Real Estate Association as well being a 5 year member of the Real Estate Board of Vancouver and a member of the British Columbia financial Services Authority.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Pat is active in many causes and served as Honourary Chairman, Commercial Real Estate Division, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation – Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer;  Vice Chairman, MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment) Launchpad and is currently  Chairman – London Legacy Campaign  a partnership between MLSE/Toronto Raptors and the City of London.
