Dr. Shawn O’Rourke is currently the Dean of Business at the Wehle School of Business (WSB) at Canisius University in Buffalo, New York and holds a PH.D in Organizational Effectiveness from The Ohio State University.

A native of Tillsonburg Ontario, Dr. O’Rourke earned his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario, prior to moving to the USA to complete his post-graduate work at the University of Richmond (Master’s) and The Ohio State University (PH.D)

Prior to being named Dean of WSB, Dr. O’Rourke, during his 24 years at Canisius, has served in various capacities within the University, including being named Director of both Graduate and Undergraduate Sport Administration and Management programs at the school.

Dr. O’Rourke has agreed to sit on Langdon Partners Advisory Board and will advise the firm as it continues to grow by offering his deep insight into Organizational Effectiveness and his strong International network.
